gpnindonesia.com, NGANJUK – Bertajuk Membangkitkan UMKM Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 Desa Pacewetan, mahasiswa KKN UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung berbasis Komunitas ORMADA (Organisasi Mahasiswa Daerah) Ikatan Mahasiswa Kota Angin (IMAKA) berhasil gelar pelatihan ekonomi kreatif bagi pelaku UMKM Desa Pacewetan, Kec.Pace, Kab. Nganjuk dengan mengundang Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM serta GeKrafs (Gerakan Ekonomi Kreatif Nasional) Kabupaten Nganjuk pada Selasa (9/8/2022) di Balai Desa Pacewetan.
Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Pacewetan terdiri dari berbagai bentuk, mulai dari usaha tahu, usaha kerupuk eyek, usaha kerupuk uyel, usaha tempe, dan masih banyak yang lain. Namun, pandemi Covid-19 memengaruhi berbagai lini kehidupan tidak terkecuali pada bidang usaha mikro kecil dn menengah masyarakat desa Pacewetan.
Maka kegiatan pelatihan dalam bingkai pembekalan berbasis pengembangan UMKM menjadi langkah yang ditempuh mahasiswa KKN UIN SATU Tulungagung di Desa Pacewetan tahun 2022 ini untuk memberi semangat dan inovasi baru dalam berwirausaha kepada masyarakat.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM dihadiri langsung oleh Cuk Widiyanto SH, MM., selaku Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM, GeKrafs (Gerakan Ekonomi Kreatif Nasional) Kabupaten Nganjuk dihadiri oleh Mochammad Dadang Firmansyah, S. Pd., selaku Plt. Ketua sebagai pemateri dalam acara tersebut.
Turut hadir juga dalam acara tersebut, Dr. Muhammad Muntahibun Nafis, M.Ag., selaku Kepala Pusat Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat LP2M UIN SATU Tulungagung, Dr. Budi Harianto, S. Hum, M. Fil.I., selaku Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan KKN ORMADA gelombang 2, Ibu Ida Shobihatin, AP, M.Si., selaku Camat Kecamatan Pace, Fajar Nusantoro selaku Kepala Desa, jajaran perangkat Desa, serta pelaku UMKM Desa Pacewetan.
Mahasiswa KKN UIN SATU Tulungagung pada kesempatan tersebut juga melakukan launching produk olahan tahu yang diberi nama “Tahu Angin” rencananya produk tersebut akan menjadi hasil dari program unggulan berkelanjutan mahasiswa KKN ORMADA gelombang 2 di Desa Pacewetan.
Inovasi produk tahu ini berdasar pada latar belakang banyaknya pengusaha tahu di Desa Pacewetan akan tetapi produknya hanya berkutat pada olahan tahu biasa, sehingga mahasiswa KKN UIN SATU Tulungagung berinisiatif bagaimana cara agar produk olahan tidak itu-itu saja. Hingga munculah ide untuk membuat produk olahan Tahu Angin.
Tahu angin sendiri merupakan stik dari tahu yang sudah dihancurkan dan dicampur dengan penyedap makanan 1 sdt, tepung tapioka 5 sdm, tahu 5 biji, garam ½ sdt, dan baking powder ½ sdt, ini untuk hasil 2 bungkus.
Pada acara tersebut, mahasiswa KKN UIN SATU Tulungagung juga mempersilakan kepada seluruh peserta yang hadir untuk mencoba produk olahannya. Hampir dari keseluruhan masyarakat menyambut baik adanya ide tersebut, menurut beberapa orang produk olahan tersebut enak, namun untuk tampilan dan ukuran masih kurang menarik.
Kepala Dinas UMKM juga memberi masukan kepada mahasiswa KKN dalam pembuatan produk tersebut harus memperhatikan warna, rasa, dan tampilan. Menurut Cuk Widiyanto, SH, MM., hasil olahan mahasiswa tersebut khusunya pada packaging masih kurang menarik, khusuanya pada pembuatan stiker kemasan, menurutnya stiker kemasan harus jelas dn mencolok agar mudah dilihat.
Selain Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM, Mochammad Dadang Firmansyah, S. Pd., dari GeKrafs Nganjuk juga mengapresiasi ide olahan tahu tersebut. Pesannya kepada mahasiswa KKN untuk tetap semangat dan terus menggali inovasi-inovasi baru.
